Guys,
I have bought a Cisco IP phone 8861 3PCC and i am unable to configure it with voicemail however I have given the voicemail number and voicemail server but when I press the voicemail button on the phone or type voicemail number it goes to call pickup.
I need help in this matter.

Please capture a PRT from the phone and send it over to me. We can take a look. You can send it over privately.

I see that you are using a very old firmware (11-0-0MPP-7) on your phone. I would suggest you to upgrade the phone to the latest firmware available in cisco.com i.e. 11.2.1MPP.630 and then retry. If you still see the issue send me a PRT again. (Please send the original PRT without unpacking it)
