I just powered on my Cisco IP Phone 8865, And put in my Activation Code from Webex website.
The phone says Invaild Activation Code, What should I do?

You should contact a local Cisco partner who specializes in collaboration or a Cisco Systems Engineer (SE) to explore the options for implementing Webex Calling.

Hi,
I am in Australia,
I have purchased a Cisco IP Phone 8865 from Lenovo online,
I need to activate this with the activation code to link it to my Optus home phone plan,
I am unsure how to get an activation code for this device as when I look on Webex Calling it says I can't activate Cisco IP phones

Hello,
I have powered on my Cisco IP Phone 8865 and it needs a activation code, I have paid for the Webex Starter Plan but when getting the activation code from the control hub, It says I cant use it for Cisco IP Phones and that I have no licenses.
What should I do?
Does anyone have a full setup video including activation setup?

I don’t think that the Starter Plan includes calling. Your error message indicates that you do not have any licenses for devices.

As discussed in your other post https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/cisco-ip-phone-8865-activation/m-p/5218460 you need to have Webex Calling.
