Hello Group Members,
getting below issue on Cisco 8945 SCCP Phone
issue is that when looking into call log it is showing 150 enteries in side the dialed, received and missed call section.
when getting new call it is not updating in call log section of ip phone..
how an fix this issue or do have any way to auto delete call logs from Phone?
running latest version of firmware on 8945 sccp phone..

Hi there
There is a known issue when the phones cant download the proper TFTP info. Please try enabling the Alternate TFTP or the below workaround
IP phones not logging missed, placed, or received calls - CSCum10683
Workaround:
Add an option 150 or 66 TFTP server on the DHCP server's scope for the subnet the phones are in or enable alternate TFTP on the phones and set a valid TFTP IP address.
