Hello ;

I have a Cisco IP Phone 8961 that is not registering with CME 10.5, i had tried the steps :

- reset the phone to factory settings.

- apply no create profile and create profile on voice register Global.

- upgrade the phone firmware To Sip8961.9.4-2-13. ( I  had already IP Phone 8961 with the same firmware version that is registered ).

below  the TFTP debug :

Hi,

Your phone is downloading the default SIP XML file i.e. trying auto
registration, which means that you didn't configure the phone mac under
voice pool or the mac address is incorrect. If you want to enable
auto-registration then you need to enable it under voice register global.

Use debug ccsip mess to see what happens when the phone tries to register.
TFTP seems to be good.
