Hi All,

My question is ,what are the possible cause if Phone A is calling Phone B and hear a busy tone in a multi-site with centralized deployment and also in multi-site with distributed deployment,

So generic question allows me to provide just generic answer ...

Phone A uses plays busy tone if Phone B is not ready (or is not willing) to accept call. Busy tone may be also used if someone on the call path can't (or is not willing to) complete call setup (no permission, technical issue, an other reason ...)
