Cisco ip phone call history alert problem.

Hi,

One of my cisco 6921 IP Phone is not showing alerts for call history.The call history is there but its not displaying the alerts normally.What could be the issue with this phone.Other phones of the same model are normal.

Hi,

What alerts are your referring to? Are you talking about MWI alerts for voicemail or notification for missed calls?
