Hello Folks,
Today i faced an issue, that i was not able to take the screenshot of Cisco IP Phone.
- I had enabled "Web Access" and the phone web page was accessible.
- I had associated this device into my CUCM end user profile
- It asked me for my user ID and password, when i used the link below
https://<Phone IP>/CGI/Screenshot
I get the error "<CiscoIPPhoneError Number="4" />", is there any other setting should be enabled. ?
