Cisco IP Phone 8851 showing the below error.
Replace an existing phone
Please power off the old phone
And asking for primary Extension and PIN
This is a migration feature AFAIK, can any one suggest how to turn off this feature for a single user or cluster wide.

Have you configured the phone on the CUCM with the correct phone MAC and model?
If the phone with the correct MAC address and the model has been configured on the CUCM, you won’t see this option. If the phone contacts the CUCM and cannot find a configuration for it, the phone firmware will display this option, assuming the phone is intended to replace another one.
As far as I know, you cannot disable this option as it is a feature of the phone firmware.

Hey @Nithin Eluvathingal ,
The phone is showing registered in the call manager, i don't think the call manage will accept the wrong MAC address.

If the phone is registered, you will never see this message on the phone.
This option appears if the phone couldn’t find a configuration in CUCM.
