Cisco IPT End User Training -VoIPTrainer on the phone

Dears,

can we apply this  feature voip trainer service on my IPT system , i notified it on youTube :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4OlvMS4PGs

i have call manager, 5.x and ip phone 7940/1/70/42

could you please send me a guide for configuring it and on which palteforms of callmanager and ip phones models can be done?

You should be asking this to whoever sells the product, from the link you posted:

do you mean that this service isn't for cisco and i must purchase the service from the vendor and then integrate it with my ipt system?

This is for Cisco but it's not sold or supported by Cisco. Yes, this you need to buy from the vendor and they should provide all the integration guides.

The link you posted already tells you who you should be reaching for this and their contact info after the 2 minute mark.

These "free" Tutorials from Cisco seemed to solve the training issue for us. We

looked into the IPT Trainer series and found that the series from Cisco was more

than sufficient
