Cisco ISR4331 CME application aa under every ephone-dn line after every reload bug?

I provide techcnical service for one small company. So, I have a router cisco ISR4331 with CME. After installing later IOS (and the latest after all (not "everest", just other one , because of bugs and troubles) One of bug as I think remained. There is an "application aa" service on it, for autoattendant, and when router reloads it gets application aa under EVERY ephone-dn. How to make it was not? This thing:

And I remotely write every time the router reloads " no app aa " under every ephone-dn with copy-past method of course. Then router works fine and autoattendant correct too. So what to do with this issue?
