and end user had an error message pop up when trying to dial out using the Cisco Jabber, 12.8.2, - Limit Exceeded for Attempted Calls. The number of calls you made exceeds the limit set by the administrator. Log in again to resolve the issue.
We don't limit our recruiters on the number of calls they can make. Any ideas?

Review these two parameters and adjust as required in your deployment:
TelephonyProtocolRateLimit and TelephonyProtocolTimeLimit

I don't am not familiar with that setting, where is is located? On the Jabber client on the desktop? Or in CUCM?

They're Jabber parameters.
