Cisco MadiaSense storage and archive issues

hi

i have installed cisco mediaSense 10 integrated with CUC M 9

all configurations needed are done and i could search and play recorded files

but i  faced a big problem : for two months of use the storage of recording partitions reach 90% !!!!!!!!!!! (i don't know why) and the recorded files are pruned even the period configured for   pruning not finished 

another problem : i configured archive with SFTP but no recorded audio archived

Actually I take that back. I looked to quick and didn't notice the "GB" and "MB". Is there a settings for changing the quality of the stored media?
