Hey guys,
I setup Cisco Mobile 8.0 on my iphone and have it registered with call manager. I can make internal calls with no issues and I can receive all calls with no issues.
However, I cannot dial outside of our cluster. So if I try to call someone's cell phone, it will not work. What am I missing?

A- Applicable to Cisco Mobile Connect if your Cisco Unified Communications Manager has custom partitions and multiple calling search spaces: Use Remote Calling Search Space to determine how calls to remote destinations/mobility identities on the PSTN are routed.Please check if your CSS for remote destination , or please take a screen shot .
B- If using Cisco Mobile 8.1, you must create a dedicated SIP Profile in order to set the keepalive timer to the iPhone supported value of 660. To create, select Device > Device Settings > SIP Profile. Create a new profile and set the Timer Register Expires, Timer Keep Alive Expires, and Timer Subscribe Expires to 660.
