One way audio is always down to routing issue. Can your PSTN gateway ping the subnet of your ip phones?

Are you doing some form of NATing as I can see NAT configs on the gateway..

Hi Nitesh,

Try pressing the question mark button on the phone and see the Tx and Rx messages that are flowing , and see whether there is a continous change in them. Also as mentioned above - please check if NAT scenario is there -- before you consider it to be specific TELCO issue.

NAT is there for going outside and NO-NAT for VPN.

between my call manager and router its on the same subnet of X.X.150.1 and X.X.150.7 but ip phone on X.X.155.7 but there is inter-vlan routing happening.

Did you press the question mark button on the phone to check the packet flow . It should provide a fair idea of whether the packets are going vice-a-versa.

Thanks.

So is there a firewall or VPN between the router and the IP Phones?
