cisco phone 8941 (external call)

Good day! I have the foolowing issue with Cisco Phone 8941. When I make an external call(to PSTN), I have a problem with conversation (delay, choopy speech, dropping some RTP packets). I don't have any problem when I make local calls. I tried to set the command "bearer-cap speech" (according to https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11485236/8941-external-call-issue), but it didn't fix my issue. I think 8941 try to sent video with audio. How can I force 8941 not to sent video for external call? How can I force 8941 to use a codec 711u instead of 722?

Do you see the call being attempted as video on the debugs??

You can disable G722 on the phone,  or configure the codec preference list (if your CUCM version has it)
