Hi.
Try to remove secure url and see if it works.
You can also try to restart Tomcat service.

I have tried those methods that you've suggested but it didnt work as well.
Can it be related to certificate issue?
I SSH to CUCM and ran show itl and it said "The ITL file was verified successfully".

Hi Kok Tshun,
You can take a packet capture from one of the IP phones while trying to access corporate directory and check if the request is going to to proper URL and if we are getting anything in response. Additionally, as it was an unclean shutdown that triggered the issue so please check the basic health of cucm servers by running the following commands.
utils diagnose test
utils core active list
show status

i did run the diagnose test and everything passed except NTP server.
I used wireshark to capture the packets and what do i look out for?
Thanks

You should see an http get request going out from the phone with the corp dir url and a 200 ok response to it.

Hi Manish,
i dont seem to see the corp url in the log...i found out that CTL not found bout ITL found and transferred ok.
under CUCM administrator -> enterprise parameter, this is the value in URL Directories & Secured URL Directories
http://ip_address:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp
https://ip_address:8443/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp
if i access via browser,i got this message
XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://ip_address:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp
Line Number 7, Column 1:
^
under ip phone services,i changed the corporate directory URL to Application:Cisco/CorporateDirectory, reboot my phone and it can access but the display format is not the same like before.
do i need to enable ldap for this corporate directory to work?

I had the exact same problem. The browser issue is probably due to Firefox / Chrome, if you try IE it should work, it worked for me.
Regarding the Phone's problem to access Corp. Directory, we had to restart Tomcat on the Subs phones are registered to. It worked in some Subs, others had to be reloaded.
If that doesnt work for you I advise you to raise a case with TAC.
