Hello
My company has a large number of CIPC softphones and Jabber accounts configured on our CUCM but we suspect a lot of them are not in use anymore.
Most of them show a status of Unknown so they haven't been in use for a time.
Is there a report I can run, or a way to find out, when was the last time a device was successfully registered?
I've been through the system reports but can't find the information I need.
Our CUCM is running 9.1.1.10000-11 software

Hi Mark.
You can query the RIS DB through CLI
show risdb query phone
If you want to save the result to a txt file the command is
show risdb query phone file
And last, if you want to look at it
file tail activelog /platform/cli/
Import it on excel spreadsheet and the column named RegStatusChg TimeStamp is the answer to what you are looking for.
