Cisco Phone does not boot

I have two 7945 where the screen blinks breifly then the headset, mute and speaker buttons each come on and off.  This is repeated twice then nothing happens for about 10 seconds and it repeats.

Have you tried doing a firmware reset? Power-off the phone, and press and Hold the "#" key. Once the MWI light flashes, release the "#" key and dial 123456789*0#

Found out the problem is with the switch.  My 7940's work on that switch fine.  I moved the phone to another switch and now it powers up.
