Cisco phone Firmware

Does any other Cisco phone model (other than 7811, 7821, 7841 and 7861) supports SIP IP Phone firmware 78xx.11-7-1-17 ?

I want to know if we have any other models which uses this firmware version.

Hi,

The firmware version is named using the supported model. Your firmware starts with 78xx which means that its for 78xx phones only.

The 11.7(1) firmware image within the installation program supports the SIP protocol for the following Cisco Unified IP Phones:

  • Cisco Unified IP Phone 7811/7821/7841/7861

This firmware version is supported on Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.5(1) and later.
