Dear Techies,
One of our office phone CP-7941G has been faulty. We have an EX-Stock Phone Cisco SPA502G but it is not working when we are connecting it to our network. We have a Cisco Call Manager 4.2 installed on the MCS7816 Server.
Can anyone tell the reason for this issue ?

A) Those are SMB phones
B) Your release is way too old, and does not even support 3rd party SIP Phones

The SPAs aren't supported on any version of CallManager.
