We are experiencing an issue where our Cisco Unified Presence backups isn't running. When we check the backup scheduler, we see a status of: "Local Agent is not responding. This may be due to Master or Local Agent being down" We have have tried restarting the Cisco DRF Master and Cisco DRF Local services but we are still seeing the same status message. How do we go about fixing this to get our backups running again? The version of CUPS that we are running is 7.0.7. Also, any recommendations on per incident support options out there?
