Cisco SDK - Localised Directory unable to search by phone number

Hi All,

I have customised the SDK localised directory file and pointed it to the necessary OU's in Active directory.

I am able to search by firstname and also be lastname but when trying via Number - it brings back no records. We are currently using the ipPhone field to store the numbers.

Rather strangely - If I change the number field to TelephoneNumber and then search but put a star after the number (e.g. 01*) - it lists all numbers beginning 01.

Does anyone have any ideas why it is doing this? I am using SDK v4.1 and Call Manager v7.1.5. I have tried it with SDK v7 and it did the same.

Any ideas?

Hi

I played with these a little, found them more difficult than writing some basic ASP to query LDAP myself.

Take a look at my work, I'm not a proper developer so it should be pretty easy to understand.
