Hi Dear Friends

i use cisco softphone. when operator answer for english press 1 for russian press 2. but i press 1 or 2 not work. how can i resolve it. sorry my english

Are you dealing the number internally or externally?

if externally then check on voice gateway check the dtmf-relay on the voip dial peers.

You can change the below DTMF Command on your VoIP dial peers.

dtmf-relay sip-notify rtp-nte

to 

dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml
