Hello,
I have a problem with transferring calls to my staff:
1-We receive the call, we respond to the client to redirect him to the right person
2-The call is put on hold to talk to the person who will receive the call
3-We transfer the call but it does not succeed, it cuts directly
in another way:
call reception ----XFER + extension----XFER
What should I do to reinstate the call transfer?
