Hi Community,
I am facing issue with TSP plugin installed on windows 2019 server. I am not getting the CTI controlled phone in the dialer/ (Phone and modem).
I am getting error as Unified CM TSP Authentication failed - check UserID and Password. but I am certain that the credentials are correct as i am able to login to Cisco call manager portal.
Restarted the client machine
recreated the application user with different names
disassociated and re-assoicated the ip phone devices. but no luck.
Call Manager Release : 12.5.1.13900-152
changed the LDAP port to 3268
any support will be highly appreciated.

I found the solution to my issue. AXL service restart didn't help to resolve. but the Call Manager cluster reboot resolve the issue. Next time, I may try CTI service restart before the cluster reboot.
