cisco uc540 callforward internal

Good morning, From two days I'have the following problem.

I've two  uc540 ( one in milan one in switzerland) connected between a internet tunnel.

the milan extension are 10x, 11x and 12x and the Switzerland extension are 16x.

All work well except this item:

On extension 160 (switzerland) I put a call-forward all to extension 101 (milan)  the

internal calls that arriving on 160 are not forwarded to 101.

all works when On extension  101 (milan) I put a call-forward all to extension 160

(switzerland)  the  internal calls that arriving on 101 are  forwarded to 160.

All works well if I put a call forward between 160 or 101 to all other extension.

all works well if the call is forwarded to an external number

Until two days ago all worked well and nobaody have modified router configuration

Update IOS and check again.

just two question:

need to upgrade only the ios or Also the cme software?

after upgrade ios it's necessary to upgrade Also the licenze or All will remain the same?

IOS and CME are the same thing. There are no license issues.
