Hi Friends,
I have Cisco CUCM, UCCX version 10 , I have NICE 4.1 call recording solution.
Business Requirement : My business asked to play IVR message[This call under recording] when customers calls to my agents.
after IVR finish call should land to agent phone and conversation should be record in NICE Recording.
Issue: We have tried with Cisco UCCX server , IVR is palying the message but in the NICE recording server we are getting incoming caller number as dummy number.
I wanted to display in nice recording system phone number of caller, so that if my compliance team wanted to check any dispute they can check calling party number.
Please help what i am missing.
