Cisco UCM 11.5 for 150k endpoint

Just try to get an idea.

If we have 150k phone end points  with total 120 sites

What is the option to design the UCM 11.5 here.

- do we need to use Super cluster  to be single cluster ?

or

- install few UCM cluster & connect using SME ?

A mega cluster can only have 80K devices.

If you want something beyond those numbers, you need to discuss with your Cisco AM/SE

The alternative would be as you mention, multiple clusters with SME.

I suggest you reach out to a reputable Cisco partner and/or your SE/AM to discuss this, as there are many things to consider for such a big deployment, and what features would be required for the deployment.

I agree with Jaimie here, you should be working with Cisco and Cisco Partner on such a design which would be no cost to you. Environment of this size has a lot more considerations than just # of devices, and engaging experts is advisable, especially since pre-sales costs nothing.
