Cisco Unified Attendant Console v8.6 (Offline Mode?)

Greetings,

We recently moved from a CCM 4.1 enviorment to a CCM 8.5 enviorment. When we changed versions, we had to change the CUAC version as well.One of the main things that our operators miss from the older version of CUAC (4) is that they were able to have an Online and Offline mode. For Offline mode, they were able to view all of the directory entrys while no calls are being routed to their que.  For the new CUAC that 'offline' mode funcationality has been removed.

I don't suppose anyone has a workaround for this so we can give our users the same funtionality as the "Offline" mode?

Hi,

The operator can make themselves unavailable by pressing F10 on the keyboard, this will stop the calls coming to them and allow them access to the directory.

Take a look at the following link, this has some training videos on how to use the console and may prove helpful:
