cisco unified communication manager upgrade packages

hello everybody

i want to upgrade cisco callmanager 5.1.2 to 7.1.3
and i know that there is no direct upgrade path from 5.1.2 to 7.1.3
and i should do upgrade from 5.1.2 to 5.1.3 and then from 5.1.3 to 7.1.3.
my question is  :does cisco have complete upgrade package from 5.1.2 to 7.1.3?
or i should buy every package seperately( upgrade package for 5.1.2 to 5.1.3 and package for 5.1.3 to 7.1.3 and feature license)?
if there is a complete package(upgrade patches and feature license ), could you tell me the part number of product for ordering?

thank you

Hi Ali,

You can consider upgrading from 5.1.2 to 5.1(3f) first. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/ccmcompmatr.html#wp261123

Your current licenses should be valid for 5.1.3f too - so you should be good for that part.

You can order the 7.1.3a or 7.1.3b media (as these versions allow direct upgrade from 5.1.3 - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/ccmcompmatr.html#wp259882) through the Product Upgrade Tool (PUT) on cisco's website. You can use the media to upgrade your servers to 7.1.3. You would need to purchase new software feature license for 7.x - your old server and phone licenses should be good for 7.1.3 too.
