Hi,
I was testing Cisco Unified Mobility Single Number Reach on a new CUCM Cluster. When I dial the deskphone with mobility feature enabled, the remote device rings but the moment I pick up the call, the call drops. If I don't pick up the call after 2 rings the remote device stops ringing and starts a new ringing cycle.
I played with the "Answer Too Soon Timer" changed it from 1500ms to 1000ms.. no difference. The behavior is the same for all remote device types (Cell Phone or a PSTN Phone)
Anyone have any ideas why I am experiencing this issue pls? This is on CUCM 9.1.
Thks

Have you got a transcoder inside your MRGL (if) assigned to your device's DP to rule out any codec mistmatch happening ? If the codec is not matching you will need a transcoder.

Hi Terry,
Thks for your response. I checked the Media Resource Group for the deskphone with Mobility feature enabled... It does have MTP/Transcoder resource added to the MRGL. The behavior is still the same.

Issue resolved. It was related to CSS.
