Hi all
I get this message "cisco unified video advantage is not connected to any phone"
I enable the video capability and I changed my phone vlan to data vlan "my PC and Phone in the same vlan"The strange thing is IP Communicator is work fine, but still no connection between cuva and my phone.
I have CM 7, phone 7970, VT Camera iii and software cuva v2.1.1
Please guide me to sort out this issue.

If I remember well, CUVA requires CDP to be enabled.
Is CDP enabled on the Switch ?

Check that the PC is connected to the switchport on the phone.

CDP is enable in switch
The PC is connected to the PCport in the Phone. Yes and I already install IP communicator on PC is working fine

Dunno if you got it working but check the phone configuration. Under Product Specific Configuration Layout make sure Video Capabilities is set to Enabled.

I thank this version software cuva v2.1.1 not support XP after I upgrade to win 7 it's working fine.
