Hello-
2 of our agent computers were replaced and we just discovered that their calls are no longer being recorded. I've re-installed the WFO app on the new PC but how/where do I configure it to point to the call recording server? Thanks for any help.

Are you doing network recording or using the Span to PC configuration?

i believe its network. we're using a windows2k8 box as a call recording server
