Hello,
Have a Windows 2000 Server Unity 4.1 box. All the times are correct except when someone leaves a voicemail it is off by 1 hour. The server has the correct time, and the Unity logs have the correct time, but the timestamp on the messages is off.
Any ideas???
Thanks
Gene

Hi!
Is this UM? What about the time for the VM fon the email that you receive
in Outlook? Is this incorrect too or just when you check it on the phone? Do you
have the correct time and time zones in Unity and the Exchange servers?
Also check if the "Automatic adjust clock for daylight savings changes" box is cheked.
HTH,
Teresa.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. The Message in Outlook via Exchagne 2003 has the correct time on it. The Unity server using MS TZ utility shows the time zone is correct and it is set for the correct DST. The time on Exchange is also correct. It is only when you check your VM via the phone that it is one hour behind.
Thanks
