Hi Team,
I have installed Cisco Unity 7.0.(2) sucessfully, but I have a little problem, The language of Subscribers is in English (it is the only language installed in the Cisco Unity) so All the audio files that Unity plays and interacts with end-users is in english. The official language here is Spanish so I would like someone to explain briefly how I can get Spanish Language loaded so that our end-users can hear system prompts in Spanish.
I have a attached file to make clear about what I mean. the screen shot captured was from Unity web admin >> System >> Configuration >> Phone Languages (The only language available/loaded is English)
Thank you very much in advanced!
Manuel

Hello my friend,
Your help was very efective. I could upload another language. I really appreciate your help.
Thanks a lot
