Dear Hani,
Most likely this looks like a config issue, especally since the call seems to be transferred fine to the extension when option one is pressed - this shows that the Call Handlers are fine.
Just to be sure of the same, are users able to hear messages played by unity, in the sense are they able to hear any messages at all??? this would help in ruling out a CSS Partition issue.

Several thoughts here:
1. Is the voice gateway MGCP, H323, or SIP?
2. What codec is the gateway SUPPOSED to be using to talk to Unity? G711? G729?
3. Does it work correctly if you call from an internal phone?
4. Once you push 1 and the call transfers to the phone (you indicated the phone rings), can you pick up and talk to the caller?
