Cisco unity connection backup 10.5 server ISSUE

Dear All

We are going to install Cisco unity connection v10.5 as subscriber for the exiting unity connection , during installation we got the attached error . We are using Cisco UCS servers Cisco Business Edition 6000 M Svr (M3) and OVA for unity connection 10.5 as per Cisco data sheets  . Any help please.

Thanks for your answer , we use Cisco unity connection OVA which already existing on our BE6K server and it meets Cisco unity connection needs. The issue happen after network verification during Database replication from CUC primary.

As Aman highlighted, it could be OVA issue. I faced similar problem before.

Other things to check:

1. In OVA settings, vNIC has the correct interface (vSwitch).

2 NTP server in the Publisher is accessible.

 

Otherwise, I suggest collecting Install logs.
