Cisco Unity Connection with LDAP Problem

Hello,

I have a CUCM and Cisco Unity and an LDAP Server 2008,

When I configure CUCM with LDAP, users are imported, but when I did the same method for integrating Cisco Unity with ldap does not work, when I click "Import User" via LDAP I find a user who call "Token_User_8b191a06-5041-4b41-bd5f-0575fde674e3" without extension, and no user is imported

Unity Version : 9.0

CUCM Version : 9.0

LDAP : Windows 2008 Server

I contacted the TAC, and they confirmed that this is a BUG :

Description

Symptom:
While trying to Import users a Token user is listed.

Example of a Token User - Token_User_f30e7d6f-9fb9-4aff-8279-1b88b1d0aaf0

Conditions:
Unity Connection 9.x and higher.

Workaround:
N/A

Further Problem Description:
The Import Users page lists entries from the End User table.

Normal users have a tkuserprofile value of 1. Token users have a tkuserprofile value of 3. Users with a tkuserprofile value of 3 are hidden users and should not be displayed on the GUI.

The solution is to install service releases
