Hi,
We have enabled Email configuration for voicemail messages in Cisco unity connection. Is that all the history messages will be stored in the outlook or else only the message which has been received after the configuration.

Voicemails left before you configured voicemail to email will not be sent to email. Only voicemails received after your configuration was changed will be forwarded to email.
