DTMF issue with Cisco Unity Connections.
Scenario 1: Call comes in from SIP PSTN direct (no IOS Gateway) to auto Attendant, customer enters mailbox number, gets transferred to phone. Phone rings 3 times back to mailbox, and no DTMF accepted. (DTMF works initially, and then can't "0" out after call comes back to VoiceMail.
Scenario 2: Same call, but during the transfer call goes directly to mailbox, "0" out works fine. used the #2 when transferring.
Any Ideas? DTMF is set to no preference on both PSTN and Unity Connectiions SIP trunks in CUCM.

Do you have a SIP trace collected from CUCM? It will be helpful. You can play with the DTMF options under the SIP trunk configuration, depending on the version of CUCM you have. But it will be good to see what DTMF is offering the Provider + what is being negotiated by CUCM.
