Hi,
I have just installed an aim-cue 2 module on a cisco router 2811. I also have callmanager 8.5.
I want to use AA only for a company greeting when someone calls.
After the greeting I want the call to be transferred to the operator . Where do I configure that??
I cannot find any setting for that on cisco unity gui.

Yep, you can download a free editor here
Just make sure you select version matching your CUE.

There is default AA come with the IOS, try to config with CCA. After you install CCA, you can use web GUI
to config the AA.

I have downloaded the default script file for AA. How can I edit that file?

The only action I want the autoattendant to do after the greeting is to automatically transfer the call to the operator which in my case has directory number 500.
How can I do that? I can't find any setting in the gui.

You can use the script editor, Express or standalone, to have your AA do what you want.
Or you can get my "Universal AA" that can do that and much more, at www.ciscoscripts.com
