Cisco Unity Express, Some users unable to change their personal greeting

HI All,

     I have an issue that has be scratching my head, I have been looking into an issue whereby some users are able to change their greeting on their voicemailbox in unity express other are not able to do so they record their new greeting and press 1 to save at which point they get a AA message stating the that the service is not available at this time please try again later?

Could anyone advise as to the potential cause of this issue? if not what troubleshooting steps I can complete to diagnose it?

Hi Thanks for the reply, they are using Unity Express version 7.1 and this is running with CUCM 7.1.3
