This has been asked before but the thread went dead. in 2015.
We have Cisco Unity CM 9.1.2 and recently installed InformerCast so we can page, set bells and distribute emergency warnings.
According to the tech that configured InformerCast there is no setting to override the speaker volume on the cisco phones so that all phones have the same volume during an alert.
I have been able to create a Common Phone Profile and apply it to a few test rooms. But this only locks the ringer volume at what i set it to before applying the profile.
What i really need is a way to lock the speakerphone volume as emergencies are broadcast through the loudspeaker on the phones.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Is it possible? Is there an app available that can?
