Cisco vg320 Ports automatically admin Down

I have a Issue with a Cisco Vg320 config   MGCP    from time to time the ports will start to admin down a few at a time till till all 48 ports are down I now have had this issue 3 times since may and its only on 1 vg320

Can you send an output for "show ccm-manager" from the VG please ?
