Cisco Viewmail for outlook/Unity Connection 8.6.2 - Error when advancing voicemail

When using phone as the playback device for Cisco Viewmail in Outlook 2010 receiving error when trying to advance the message using the slider.

Dear

Make sure that the proxy is not enabled in the Internet Explorer. If you want to play or record voice messages while proxy

is enabled, you need to add the hostname or IP address of Cisco Unity Connection in the proxy exception

list to avoid failure in recording or playing voice messages through ViewMail
