Well, it is impossible to predict someone else's questions, but if it was me performing the interviews I would ask for the following:
- with high level steps how do you configure phone and voicemail for a user.
- I am looking for high level steps such as: add device with appropriate settings, add DN with appropriate settings/associate device with end user, configure end user/add voicemail user in VM application
- How do calling search spaces and partition work in CUCM
- How do you troubelshoot PRI circuit
- How do you troubleshoot phone not coming up
- How do you reset password for Unity Connection voicemail user
- etc
- etc
