cisco voip and ericsson PBX Problem

Hi to all,

Scenario:

Call manager (v5.1)-->cisco 2811(isdn bri in basic-net3)-->ericsson md 110

phone A (voip) call phone B(analogic) then phone B call Phone C (Voip) and transfer the call so now A and C are connected but on the VGW 2811 a still see both isdn channel active

Any idea?is it normal

Hi, the call flow is not very clear (where are these phones ?), however it's normal, calls transferred via POTS interface keep the channels taken unless Q.SIG supplementary service are used to signal a remote PBX to hairpin the call.
