Cisco VoIP lights

Hi Team,

I am trying to find out a way to manipule lights on the Cisco VoIP through the CallManager.

I'd like that the LED turned on when the VoIP is busy and receive another call.

Is that possible? Until now, i didn´t find anything about that.

If I understand correctly, what you're looking for is BLF-SD, you need to configure the phone button template to do that.

Look into that, otherwise, rephrase your exact requirement.

The intention is that the VoIP LED lights up when you are on a call (busy) and receive a new call

So like a visual indication of that the device is engaged to people that is in the close vicinity of it? AFAIK you cannot do this natively. However there are a few 3:rd party vendors that can do what you ask about. With a simple search on Google, or any other preferred search engine, you’ll likely find out what options there is for this.
