MWI on Nortel being rejected in MGCP Gateway

We are transitioning an old Nortel to Cisco. One of the first steps is to give Nortel users voicemail via Cisco Unity. We have PRIs (qsigs) setup between Nortel and CUCM via MGCP gateways (Cisco 2921's) and calls flow back and forth just fine. Were able to call Nortel and utilize CUC to answer the voicemail and the Nortel users can retrieve voicemails just fine, however the MWI red light on the Nortel phones won't light up. Looking at the ISDN logs on the router, I am seeing the below logs. Anyone have any ideas?

It's not the MGCP GW that is rejecting it. It's the Nortel:

Cause i = 0x8195 - Call rejected

In perspective of the GW, RX means that the message is coming from Nortel. So you have to check the Nortel config, why it's rejecting the call. Maybe there is a misconfig there, or MGCP GW sends the call to the wrong number / in wrong format...

OK, I'll relay this to my Nortel guys. Appreciate the feedback.
