Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager Service not able to start

Hello Team,

Suddenly the jabber file transfer stop working. the Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager is not stated !

Also there is some errors on the IM and Presence  server as in the attached screen capture

Any Idea please?

Looking at the attached images it seems all major services including Presence Engine and A Cisco DB are stopped. Were there any changes made to the IP/hostname of your Presence node recently?
